PWI Construction partnered with trendy New York–based retailer Dolce Vita to deliver the brand’s first Texas location at Domain Northside in Austin. The 1,835-square-foot boutique marks Dolce Vita’s fourth U.S. store, joining locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C.
Founded in 2001 by Van Lamprou and Nick Lucio, Dolce Vita is known for its fashion-forward, size-inclusive footwear and accessories that blend effortless style with a downtown-cool aesthetic.
Located among other luxury and celebrity-favorite brands, the new Austin boutique reflects Dolce Vita’s signature modern design—inviting, sophisticated, and on-trend.
PWI Construction completed the retail tenant improvement, delivering a high-end space featuring custom millwork, designer lighting, and premium finishes that embody the brand’s contemporary style. The project was executed with precision and attention to detail to meet Dolce Vita’s design vision and standards for an elevated in-store shopping experience.
