Nestled in the heart of the University of Arizona’s campus, the newly built Graduate Tucson offers modern accommodations with a Southwestern spirit. Following the core and shell construction of the new 14-floor building, PWI Construction completed the property-wide interior construction and finish-out of the design-driven hotel to include 164 guestrooms, lobby, fitness center, meeting spaces, rooftop pool and bar, and food and beverage/dining concepts.
The guestrooms celebrate the region with pops of color against neutral backdrops. In the lobby, a vibrant desert sunset scene illuminates the front desk, while giant cacti and woven textiles make the bright, open interior about more than the natural sunlight.
