Jeff Price
President
Jeff Price
President
Favorite Pie: Cherry
Jeff Price founded PWI Construction in 1985 because he knew there was a better way to do construction projects. Over the years, as the company has grown and diversified, it’s the people at PWI Construction who’ve kept him going and motivated. Jeff enjoys being a part of the employees’ lives and hearing what’s going on with them. He also works to ensure they are being challenged and motivated in the workplace.
As President, his days are occupied with a variety of tasks, including check-ins with the executive management team, new business discussions, ongoing project oversight – and, maybe most importantly, calling employees to wish them a happy birthday.
In his spare time, Jeff can be found exercising and reading business books, as well as spending time with his dogs Tuff and Rio, Australian Shepherds, at the dog park.
"My number one goal is to make a difference in people's lives."

Most of all, Marc has great enthusiasm for his life’s work. He loves working with people, loves the projects that PWI Construction brings to life, and loves to see the lifestyle spaces they construct being enjoyed by people. His greatest professional joy is seeing an occupied hotel space, restaurant or any PWI-built venue filled with people.
Marc is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the Retail Contractors Association (RCA). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, Mary, and his family, as well as hiking, biking and skiing.

Vice President
Favorite Pie: Lemon Cream Cheese
Mary Lipka, who joined the team in 1994, uses her organizational and analytical skills in her role at PWI Construction. Her typical day involves interacting with the firm’s nationwide workforce – answering questions, providing directions, making decisions or offering leadership to PWI Construction’s management and employees. The other portion of the time, her business brain takes over, and she focuses on accounting, banking, bonding and insurance requirements for projects.
Mary loves to train, teach and lead the PWI Construction team, and also enjoys her client interactions. But what she’s proudest of is PWI Construction’s impressive projects.
In her spare time, you can find Mary watching her son play baseball, enjoying all sports and spending time with friends and family. As time allows, she also enjoys baking desserts and enjoying a good movie or book.

The first time was during her senior year of high school, and the second time was right after she graduated from college. Kristin was asked to return full-time in 2016 after completing her MBA at SMU and it was an opportunity she could not pass up.
