Featuring a contemporary twist on classic American beach fare, LandShark Bar & Grill offers Baja-inspired coastal cuisine, fresh-caught seafood, and local microbrews.
The restaurant’s design creates a vibrant indoor-outdoor atmosphere, with garage-style doors that open onto J Street, connecting guests to the lively Gaslamp Quarter. Bright, beach-inspired finishes and natural textures complete the relaxed yet energetic ambiance.
PWI Construction served as the general contractor for the LandShark Bar & Grill tenant improvement, part of the larger Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter property conversion. The project reflects PWI’s expertise in restaurant and hospitality construction, delivering high-quality spaces that balance brand identity with functionality.
