Giorgio Armani The Shops at Crystals
LAS VEGAS, NV
Adding to The Shops at Crystals’ collection of the finest luxury brands, the new Giorgio Armani boutique covers 2,669 SF in the 500,000 SF shopping center. A complete demolition of the existing tenant space accompanied the re-build.
The new boutique included the installation of a full structural suspended ceiling system supporting wallcovered millwork panels and a structural steel storefront system supporting glazed millwork lightboxes, storefront glazing systems, and installation of new demising walls, lighting, lighting control, power, and flooring. The tenant improvement project also welcomed new public and employee restrooms and a complete back of house area including Pipp movable shelving.
The new location marks the brand’s second location in Las Vegas. Additional Giorgio Armani projects completed by PWI Construction include their Livermore, California, and Manhasset, New York locations.

The Team
Internationally recognized, full-service architecture firm Kenneth Park Architects led the retail brand’s architecture, planning, and store design.
Kordt Engineering Group (KEG) provided the structural design for the tenant improvement project.
