The scope of work included comprehensive front-of-house and back-of-house improvements, a new storefront and exterior façade, upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and the installation of premium custom millwork and architectural finishes. The storefront facade, rising approximately 40 feet, is significantly taller than most storefronts within the shopping center, creating a dramatic architectural presence. Careful coordination, precision craftsmanship, and close attention to detail were essential to achieving the design vision and meeting the exacting standards of one of the world’s leading luxury fashion brands.

• 1,519 square feet transformed into Balmain’s first standalone boutique in Arizona.
• 67 imported Italian stone tiles, each measuring 3′ × 3′, create the boutique’s striking luxury flooring.
• Custom owner-furnished millwork traveled more than 9,000 miles from Singapore before installation.
• Every decorative light fixture was imported from Italy, traveling over 9,000 miles to complete the boutique’s signature aesthetic.
