Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel – Restaurant, Lobby Refresh & Fitness Center

Construction was completed in two phases to maintain uninterrupted dinner service throughout the renovation. Extensive coordination was required to seamlessly integrate the new design with existing hotel spaces while minimizing disruption to operations.

Following the successful completion of the restaurant, PWI Construction was selected by ownership to complete additional property upgrades to the lobby and fitness center.

The lobby renovation included new architectural features, a grab-and-go sundries market, a redesigned check-in area with a custom mural and sculptural elements, refinished reception desks, and refreshed communal seating. The fitness center was modernized with new flooring, paint, and decorative mural wallcoverings to create a brighter, more contemporary space.
