Good American Forum Shops
LAS VEGAS, NV
PWI Construction partnered with Good American to deliver the inclusive fashion brand’s newest retail location at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Co-founded by Khloé Kardashian and Emma Grede, this 1,756-square-foot tenant improvement project marks the brand’s third U.S. store and first in Nevada.
The buildout included demolition of the existing space and full interior construction, featuring high-end finishes, integrated lighting systems, custom millwork, and polished concrete flooring. PWI Construction coordinated closely with the client and design team to ensure the space aligned with the brand’s mission of body positivity and inclusivity.
One of the signature elements of the project is the oversized fitting rooms—each constructed to be 75% larger than standard retail fitting rooms, with accessibility and comfort top of mind. Additional scope highlights include back-of-house support areas, specialty displays, and seamless integration with the surrounding high-traffic retail environment.
