We at PWI Construction were integral in working through all existing conflicts and design sophistication in close collaboration with the design team and Ownership groups to propose resolutions and work through the most expedient and cost-effective solutions while maintaining the overall design intent of the project.
Project Overview
LAS VEGAS, NV
The reinvented TAO Beach is a Balinese-inspired oasis in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. The pool party is now more than double its former size. Resting atop the famous TAO Asian Bistro and Nightclub – also a PWI Construction project, TAO Dayclub hosts lush scenery, plunge pools, luxurious cabanas, and a new ultra-modern DJ booth.
Located at The Venetian, the re-imagined venue offers a 47,000-square-foot tropical retreat in the desert setting. The entire space was demolished, rebuilt, and redesigned by award-winning global architecture and design firm Rockwell Group and local Las Vegas Architect KGA. The makeover infuses new design elements, luxury cabanas, and multi-sensory experiences. Two sculptures by acclaimed artist Daniel Popper welcome guests to the space. The 27 luxury cabanas surround the pool. Thirteen of those are the Jungle Cabanas with plunge pools and views of the pool deck and DJ stage.
A day club pioneer, the fully transformed TAO Beach Dayclub can accommodate as many as 3,000 guests, double that of the original, and sets a new benchmark for day life experiences.
