At the luxury retirement community, PWI Construction was engaged to build a new 9,500 SF ground-up Pinnacle Fitness Center, renovate the Wildhorse Grill, Bar & Lounge, and construct a new 5,000 SF bar. The scope included site work, utilities, landscaping, concrete foundation, steel trellis at the patio, wood-framed building, masonry veneer, and interior millwork. PWI Construction also built a new private dining room, extended patio, expanded kitchen, covered barbeque area, and an event lawn with a gazebo.
