LAVO Ristorante is TAO Hospitality Group’s – a repeat client of PWI Construction – first West Coast location. The 11,298 SF tenant improvement project aimed to create an unforgettable fine dining experience. Designed by Studio Collective, guests are swept away to the Italian seaside with marble tables, glass chandeliers, and a gold and copper horseshoe-shaped bar. The triple-height restaurant offers a retractable roof and new accordion-style windows to enjoy the cool evening breezes Southern California has to offer.
Influenced by Italianate architecture, the restaurant offers an elevated indoor and outdoor dining experience with marble-topped cocktail tables and a horse-shaped bar. The celebrity hotspot features a dramatic double-height skylight, mouth-blown glass chandeliers, and Danish mid-century blond wood plus tile plus greenery from floor to ceiling.
