Montage Laguna Beach Guest Room Renovation

The Montage Laguna Beach is the flagship property for Montage Hotels & Resorts. PWI Construction was hired to renovate this luxurious beachside resort with a focus on sustainability. The scope of work included a redesign of all 253 guestrooms, including 58 suites, bungalow-style rooms, and multi-bedroom villas, from color palette to the furnishings. Upgrades included polished marble floors, chrome accents and new vanities in guest bathrooms, as well as 55-inch and 65-inch 4K streaming televisions in guest rooms. Rooms were also equipped with sustainably sourced amenities like throw blankets, champagne buckets and furnishings. To reduce paper waste, the Montage now offers a PressReader app to grant guests access to thousands of newspapers and magazines from around the world.
