Robson Ranch Arizona, a premier 55+ active adult community, continues to elevate resident wellness with two new state-of-the-art fitness spaces.
PWI Construction built Elevate Movement Studios, a 7,500-square-foot aerobics facility featuring a lounge and three movement studios designed for a range of fitness levels. The single-story, wood-framed building showcases stucco walls, a tile roof with metal accents, wood floors, acoustical ceilings, mirrored walls, ballet bars, and expansive windows offering scenic views. The project also included new parking and landscaping.
PWI Construction also completed the renovation and expansion of the 24,190-square-foot Desert Sky Sports Club, designed by Seaver Franks Architect and Kimberly Timmons Interiors. The updated facility features open-concept fitness areas, new flooring, integrated floor boxes for advanced equipment, and an enhanced layout connecting the Cardio and Strength Training Rooms.
Located beside the community’s popular pickleball courts—home to more than 600 members and the annual Desert Slam Tournament—the updated facilities also feature new dry saunas, showers, and refreshed locker rooms. Refinished reception millwork with quartz countertops, wood tambour paneling, and a striking light sculpture complete this modern, community-focused wellness hub.
