Highball & Harvest

Highball & Harvest

ORLANDO, FL

PWI Construction was engaged to build a new restaurant – Highball & Harvest – on the ground floor of the Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes Orlando, replacing an existing concept. Highball & Harvest features a Southern-inspired and locally sourced menu, crafted cocktails and a design inspired by the railroad system that made Florida an agricultural epicenter. The restaurant’s covered terrace overlooks the lake, golf course and gardens. Highball & Harvest was selected as one of the Best Southern Restaurants by OpenTable’s voters.
