Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Privado Villas

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Privado Villas

SCOTTSDALE, AZ

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Arizona’s largest and longest-running AAA Five Diamond hotel, replaced their casitas with the Privado Villas, 119 residential-style suites. Named after the Spanish word for “private,” the Privado Villas offer a new ultra-luxe class of rooms for the hotel.

The new amenity-packed villas dubbed a “hotel within a hotel” are comprised of 14 pods on the west end of the 65-acre Scottsdale resort. With a private entrance, reception villa, and an exclusive lounge for Privado guests, the renovated villas feature two room types: 50 one-bedroom villas and 69 signature studios which are 850 square feet and 700 square feet respectively. All suites offer a large walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower. Full-size bathtubs are available in 31 of the rooms. First-floor rooms have hard surface flooring and second-floor rooms have carpeting.

The casita pool also received a facelift. It now includes a bar and a new name, the Privado Relaxation Pool, and is exclusive to Privado guests.
