Balenciaga Westfield Topanga

Westfield Topanga, located in the Warner Center district of the San Fernando Valley, is a 1.6-million-square-foot shopping center featuring more than 240 shops, restaurants, and personal service providers. Among its retail highlights is the newly remodeled 7,500-square-foot Balenciaga store, showcasing the brand’s latest concept design.
PWI Construction served as the general contractor for this tenant improvement project, which features an open ceiling layout composed of seven distinct layers of ceiling elements—requiring precise coordination and installation of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to maintain the project timeline. The flooring design incorporates five unique layers, including a distinctive hand-poured concrete top layer, crafted onsite to achieve a custom finish.
PWI Construction has completed several projects for the Balenciaga brand, including its flagship location on Rodeo Drive and a standalone store at The Domain in Austin, Texas.
