For North Italia’s first Florida outpost, PWI Construction was engaged for a remodel of an 8,600 SF restaurant location into a new 10,000+ SF restaurant space with an indoor-outdoor bar, expo-kitchen, private dining room and exterior dining. Interior finishes included custom millwork, custom banquettes, solid wood flooring, wood plank ceiling, custom iron and brass work and custom-made interior and exterior metal and glass storefronts.
