The new 10,000-square-foot J Club, a contemporary private clubhouse, serves as the centerpiece of the Jasper master-planned community in Prescott Valley. Designed to bring residents together, the facility combines modern architecture, upscale finishes, and resort-inspired amenities to create a welcoming destination for recreation, wellness, and social connection. The clubhouse features a thoughtfully designed mix of indoor and outdoor spaces that support an active lifestyle while providing flexible areas for relaxation, entertainment, and community events.
Expansive gathering spaces, panoramic views of Prescott Valley, and premium recreational amenities reflect the owner’s vision of delivering a luxury club experience within the community.
Notable amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, dedicated movement studio, resort-style pools, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce ball courts, indoor game areas, multi-purpose event spaces, an expansive outdoor dining patio, and nine outdoor fire pits that extend the clubhouse experience beyond its interior spaces.
Legacy Project: Completed under the leadership of PWI Construction Executive Vice President Tim Newman prior to joining PWI Construction. This project showcases the experience and expertise Tim brings to PWI Construction’s clients and leadership team.
