PWI Construction has provided large-scale construction services for the 316-acre AAA 4-Diamond JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa for over 12 years. The scope of work has included two separate room renovation projects for all guestrooms, updated meeting areas, and public spaces, a lobby refresh, and food and beverage concepts to include Twenty6 lounge bar, Tia Carmen, Starbucks, Griffin Club (concierge lounge), and pool bar and pool suites, plus a full exterior re-skin of stucco (1 million SF).
Most recently, amenity updates include new pool decking, waterline tile, and updated landscaping at all pools and spa pools.
