David Yurman Stanford Shopping Center

PWI Construction completed an interior renovation for luxury retailer and repeat client, David Yurman, at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California. The 2,801-square-foot tenant improvement project involved a complete demolition of the existing space down to a grey shell condition, followed by a full interior rebuild completed in just five months.
Construction integrated and adapted the existing 1970s-era building structure to support the new design, including structural modifications to accommodate updated storefront finishes and mechanical unit placement.
The result is a refined retail environment that reflects David Yurman’s elevated brand standards within the constraints of an older architectural framework.
