PWI Construction is a client service firm that provides commercial general contracting and construction management services across the nation. Using a people-first approach, we lead the way in the development of hospitality, restaurant, high-end retail and specialty construction projects.
Starting in 1985 as a custom home builder, our family-oriented and customer-focused construction firm has continually diversified to meet market trends and client goals, with a singular focus on what we call p.i.e. – people, integrity, and excellence. In the end, we know that construction is a customer service business. That’s why PWI Construction puts people first in everything we do.
Commercial construction is about people – our family of employees and subcontractors doing the right thing for our valued customers. As such, we employ the best people in the business throughout the construction process – talented estimators, project managers, superintendents, and teams that share the common mission of delivering exceptional work. With a full range of construction services, we like to get involved as early as possible in the process so that we can collaborate for the most cost-effective solutions that maintain our high-quality standards and preserve the integrity of the brands we work with.
