One of the private dining rooms is separated from the main dining area by a climate-controlled wine room enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a striking visual centerpiece while preserving privacy and temperature control for the wine collection. The second private dining room is enclosed by two large, custom wood-and-glass barn doors that blend rustic warmth with contemporary style.

PWI Construction also created a new glass entry vestibule featuring a large custom front entry door, setting the tone for the thoughtfully crafted interior experience that awaits guests. High-end finishes, specialty lighting, and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems complete the transformation—delivering a space that reflects both Aldo’s heritage and its forward-looking vision.

The result is a fully reimagined space that honors Aldo’s legacy while elevating the guest experience for the next generation of diners.
