School supply drive benefits local nonprofit

Each year, PWI Construction’s Culture Committee – a volunteer group of employees – identifies local and national community outreach and giving opportunities in support of the firm’s charitable giving mission.

This summer, the Culture Committee hosted a school supply drive at the firm’s Scottsdale, Arizona office to raise resources for Arizona Helping Hands, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide essential needs for children in foster care. Through the generosity of our employees, PWI Construction and its independently-operated affiliate, PWI Residential, donated more than 110 kits of essential school supplies to Arizona Helping Hands for school-aged children.

“I am beyond grateful for the support of our employees and the leadership of our Culture Committee. Due to their giving spirit, we helped prepare Arizona-area children for success this school year. Arizona Helping Hands is a fantastic organization. We’re proud to have partnered with them in this endeavor,” explains 2021 Culture Committee Chair Marcus Ferguson.

Together with PWI Residential, PWI Construction raised more than $360 worth of school supplies as part of the school supply drive benefiting Helping Hands Arizona.
