PWI Construction Completes New ZEGNA Boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square

PWI Construction is pleased to announce the completion of the new ZEGNA boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square, further expanding its portfolio of luxury retail projects throughout Arizona.
Located within one of the Southwest’s premier luxury shopping destinations, the new boutique reflects ZEGNA’s commitment to timeless Italian craftsmanship, modern design, and elevated customer experiences. The project marks another successful collaboration between PWI Construction and one of the world’s leading luxury fashion brands.
The 2,282-square-foot tenant improvement included a complete interior build-out featuring new front-of-house and back-of-house finishes, custom architectural millwork, premium lighting systems, a new storefront, exterior façade cladding, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Every element was executed with the precision and attention to detail required for a world-class luxury retail environment.
