PWI Construction Completes Balmain’s First Standalone Arizona Boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — PWI Construction is proud to announce the completion of the new Balmain boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square, marking the luxury fashion house’s first standalone retail location in Arizona.
The 2,282-square-foot luxury retail tenant improvement showcases Balmain’s distinctive brand identity through premium architectural finishes, custom millwork, and a refined customer experience. PWI Construction completed comprehensive front-of-house and back-of-house improvements, including a new storefront and façade, upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and the installation of high-end custom millwork.
