PWI Construction earns recognition at Commercial Real Estate Awards

PWI Construction is honored to announce that it has been awarded the bronze medal in the hospitality category at the 2025 Commercial Real Estate Awards, organized by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
This prestigious event, now in its 30th year, recognizes brokers involved in the most significant transactions in Los Angeles, as well as the projects that have made a substantial impact in the past year. The awards program also highlights the contributions of each award-winning project’s developer, architect, and general contractor.
The ceremony took place on February 19, 2025, at the Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. It was an occasion that celebrated influential deals and developments alongside the leaders who shaped the skyline of Los Angeles. The atmosphere was charged with excitement, featuring noteworthy transactions and transformative projects.
During the event, PWI Construction’s project, Gravitas—designed by Kelly Architects—was honored as the Top Hospitality Project of the Year. Gravitas, a private members’ club, encompasses an impressive 28,000 square feet and has been meticulously designed by the esteemed Kelly Architects. The venue provides an unparalleled experience, featuring exceptional dining options, diverse entertainment, luxurious amenities, and personalized concierge services, all tailored to the sophisticated preferences of its members. This recognition is significant, considering there were over 140 distinct firms nominated across the categories of general contractors, developers, architects, and brokerages.
