Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian

Delmonico Steakhouse Renovation

Las Vegas, NV

In conjunction with the classic restaurant's 20th anniversary at the Venetian, Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse re-engaged PWI Construction to upgrade its main dining room, Kitchen Table space, and main facade. Goodwood NOLA, a New Orleans-based furniture design company, built two custom 10-foot walnut doors to welcome diners into the steakhouse’s grand foyer.

The restaurant now opens to Restaurant Row with striped glass to give diners and pedestrians a glimpse outside and in through somewhat opaque windows. New custom-designed lighting and fixtures offer spotlights to areas of the dining rooms, which kept their original cross-barrel vaulted ceiling. The renovation also included a revamped back bar and liquor storage in the lounge to showcase the restaurant’s book of whiskeys. The chef’s table, dubbed The Kitchen Table, still overlooks the kitchen but now features added space and a new custom Amish walnut dining table that seats up to 16 people.

Delmonico Steakhouse Renovation

“This project had an extremely tight schedule, working 7 days a week for 6 weeks. Completing this project in the tight 6-week schedule (losing days over the Fall/Winter holidays) required precise scheduling and sequencing of trades. We worked diligently with our trade partners to plan and execute work in the most cost and time-efficient manner.”
