The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa Guestroom and Corridor Renovation

SCOTTSDALE, AZ

Located in the Sonoran Desert of Scottsdale, The Westin Resort & Spa engaged PWI Construction to transform its 731 guestrooms and corridors for an elevated guest experience. The modern, eco-luxury interior redesigns and enhancements were inspired by the Southwest while preserving the renowned Kierland character.

Inlayed wood patterns speak to the Sonoran Desert. Accent wallcoverings reflect the sun-setting on desert sand, paying homage to the Arizona sunshine – the most prevalent throughout the world.

The guestroom renovation included all finishes and a new FFE package in addition to 32 standalone Casitas which received all new tubs, showers, and full kitchens.

The resort remained open during the renovation and met operations preconstruction/non-adjusted budget.
