PWI Construction completed a tenant improvement project for luxury fashion house Zegna, serving as general contractor for the brand’s newest boutique at The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas. Situated in the heart of the city’s premier luxury retail destination, the project embodies Zegna’s elevated brand standards and uncompromising attention to detail.
The new 5,700 SF boutique features a VIP Room at the rear of the store, thoughtfully designed to showcase an existing window with views overlooking The Shops at Crystals—an innovative element that enhances the shopping experience. Throughout the space, high-quality materials and timeless design elements reflect the sophistication and heritage of the Zegna brand.
This project expands PWI Construction’s portfolio of luxury retail work at The Shops at Crystals, which also includes boutiques for Tiffany & Co. and Giorgio Armani.
