Glossier Forum Shops
LAS VEGAS, NV
PWI Construction partnered with Glossier to bring the beauty brand’s immersive retail concept to life at the iconic Forum Shops in Las Vegas. This tenant improvement project transformed an existing space into a sleek, high-impact retail environment that reflects Glossier’s signature design aesthetic and pays homage to the vibrant energy of the Las Vegas Strip.
The design pushes boundaries with innovative materials and lighting. Semi-transparent polycarbonate walls create an ethereal glow that enhances the store’s futuristic, sci-fi dreamscape while nodding to the glitzy allure of slot machines through glossy red accents and cobalt blue fabrics. Mint-green testing tables and integrated lighting amplify the space’s dynamic visual narrative, encouraging guest interaction at every turn.
The scope included full interior demolition (excluding the storefront), new MEP systems, custom millwork, specialty finishes, and precision lighting integration. The project also required close coordination of three brand-specific experiential elements: a suspended marquee adding Vegas flair, an hourly light show animating custom millwork, and a custom-designed “selfie room” with polished metal, reflective surfaces, and neon highlights.
This flagship marks Glossier’s Nevada debut and adds to PWI Construction’s expanding portfolio at The Forum Shops, alongside brands like Good American, AMIRI, Tudor, and Carolina Herrera. It also showcases our coast-to-coast expertise through a second Glossier location at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas.
