This retail construction project included a complete interior tenant improvement, featuring new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems; high-end architectural lighting; custom millwork and display walls; wood flooring; and detailed finish work. All elements were executed in alignment with Design Within Reach’s national brand standards. Close coordination with the client, architect, engineers, and specialty trade partners ensured precise execution and schedule alignment.

Located within the upscale Tivoli Village retail center, the new Las Vegas retail showroom delivers an elevated customer experience and serves as a destination for design professionals, homeowners, and retail shoppers in the local market.

A key architectural feature of the space is the continuous decorative soffit system installed along the showroom perimeter. The soffits required detailed coordination with lighting, fire protection, HVAC, and other ceiling-mounted systems. Consistent soffit geometry, panel spacing, and alignment were maintained throughout to ensure visual symmetry, seamless lighting integration, and uniform illumination across all merchandise displays—supporting the project’s high-end retail environment.
