35 Years of People-First Construction
Jan 6, 2020
35 years ago, PWI Construction started as a custom home builder in Arizona with a handful of employees. The team was small, but the vision was large. Founder and President Jeff Price along with Executive President Marc Ferguson set forth to build a company where its employees could use their talent, creativity, and passion for their craft to grow in a family-oriented company with strong values and a clear focus on people.

Our people
Jeff Price and Marc Ferguson sought to create a work environment where employees had the latitude to truly impact the company and the longitude to grow their career. They believed, “if our employees are happy, our clients will be happy.” What started as a team of four in Mesa, Arizona, has grown into a workforce of more than 100 employees situated across the country.
Today more than ever, Jeff and Marc’s vision can be felt in our collective purpose of people, integrity, and excellence, or p.i.e. as we refer to it at PWI Construction.
Our projects
Since our first project in the Desert Ridge community of Phoenix, to having more than 1,800 projects in our portfolio, our history has taught us to listen to our employees and clients. Over the years, we’ve adapted to market trends, building techniques, and expanded to meet our clients’ needs, but what hasn’t changed is our enduring commitment to putting people first, building with integrity, and striving for excellence.
As we enter this commemorative milestone, we are grateful for the amazing clients that have entrusted us with their vision and to the people that have helped to build the firm. This year, we reflect on our history and celebrate our people for their investment, commitment and impact.
