Coming together for ‘Love Beyond Christmas’

PWI Construction’s Culture Committee – a volunteer group of employees – is appointed to identify local and national community outreach and giving opportunities in support of the firm’s charitable giving mission.

This holiday season, the Culture Committee hosted multiple toy collection drives to benefit children across the nation. Given our nationwide workforce, the Culture Committee identified local chapters of The Salvation Army along with Arizona-based nonprofit, Arizona Helping Hands. Together with PWI Residential, an independently operated affiliate of PWI Construction, the firm hosted a toy drive at each office location.

Additionally, our Las Vegas headquarters participated in group volunteering at The Salvation Army of Southern Nevada as part of the nonprofit’s ‘Love Beyond Christmas’ program where they sorted and stocked toys in preparation for distribution to families.

“Our team members' generosity never ceases to amaze me. Participating in a hands-on volunteer event this year not only gave us time to come together and see first-hand the impact of our donations, but also bond over our commitment to serving our community,” explains Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager Dominica Garza.

The firm and PWI Residential raised nearly $700 worth of toys and served more than 40 hours of volunteering.
