Jason Leach

Compliance Director

Favorite Pie: Pumpkin or Cinnamon Apple

Since 2004, PWI Construction has relied on Jason Leach to make sure that those around him have the tools and resources to be successful, grow, and reach their individual career and project goals. Whether it is the client, design team, subcontractors, or colleagues, Jason finds that the best approach to building long-lasting relationships is creating value through mutually respectful and impactful interactions.

Jason prepares, negotiates, and reviews various firm contracts helping to mitigate risk, and maintains the firm's general contracting licenses.

He encourages hard work, loyalty, and thoroughness with day-to-day tasks.

Jason is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and a member of the Construction Association of South Florida. He is also an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Broward County, South Florida, and has organized the Habitat builds for our Florida team for the past two years.

On fall Saturdays, you can usually find him rooting on his Clemson Tigers. Otherwise, he's spending his free time with his wife and three kids or staying active running, exercising, and working in the yard.

“In construction, you have the opportunity to build something new or make something better, which in turn creates new environments for people to then live and experience life in a different way.”
